Ken was outstanding! He gave us a wicked deal, a free hitch, installed it and showed us everything.. only reason I am rating 4 stars and not five was because the finance department Ashley was very disrespectful, attacked us with excuses. Ive worked in sales and with finance departments and never seen this kind of customer service until now. I am actually shocked that she has a job still. Very rude and unprofessional. She doesnt care unless she is making money off you. We were approved no problem, she just simply gave us the cold shoulder as soon as we said no thank you to the warranty. But I definitely reccommend Ken, he is a great guy, professional and not pushy.

The repair on the bedroom slide is top notch(well done!!!) and came in within the quote provided to me. You guys are great and I won't even bother going elsewhere for quotes...highly recommended, and for those reading, please don't hesitate to use Schwab's for all your needs!!
We stopped here because we saw a road sign for it. It was pretty random. We were looking for a used motorhome at RV places even though we had kind of narrowed our purchase down already to a private purchase. Don told us they did not have any used inventory in what we were looking for -- that should have been it. Instead, we asked him about the private unit we were looking at and he invited us into his office for a conversation. 20 minutes later, to NO advantage to him, we left with a bunch of helpful information. In all the RV places in the Sparrow Drive area in Leduc, this was our best experience. He had nothing to sell us (because of our narrow requirements) and still took time to help us understand about buying an RV. So, we did not leave cash there but when we can afford something a bit bigger and a bit newer, we know exactly where we will go. Thanks Don!
