From the moment I walked in the dealership I received OUTSTANDING service from Mack. Im not one to write reviews normally but I truly felt compelled to share my own personal experience. I believe people underestimate how stressful buying a car can be. I being one of them. Im blown away by how Mack answered and gave solutions to every aspect of our needs. Its hard to find good service now a days. I just have to say the atmosphere and energy from the moment you walk in, is absolutely friendly and everyone is so kind but most of all NOT PUSHY. I feel like Mack and the staff truly value decency, respect and most of all values their clients/costumes needs. I definitely recommend anyone who needs a car to check them out. The staff and the owner will personally welcome you and make it happen and work for you and your budget. This might sound crazy but usually we hear how pushy car salesmans are and how all they want is to sell you a car... well Im writing this review to say that is not the case with Leduc Hyundai. I truly felt that they were being sincere and Looking out for my needs/ interests first. Thanks you Mack personally for your kindred heart and going above and beyond and one last thing. Well the 3rd vehicle we have now purchased from Leduc Hyundai, was an amazing experience and that all goes to our salesman Jacob. He did an incredible job getting us what we needed and very quickly too. Such a personable guy, very knowledgeable and was just amazing all around. Not impressed with their level of customer service. I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram with only 30,000KM on it from them. I am paying around $60,000 for this; yes it's expensive but it was a decision we did not make lightly. It's been only 5 months since we had this truck, and have only placed an additional 8,000KM on it, most of which was done in the last 2 months because we had other priority vehicles being used for work purposes. Now the alignment is already blown. We have gone through 2 full sets of tires on this truck, one of which while we were waiting for the sales representative Jacob to get back to us on how to proceed with this issue. This set started balding after only a week of driving it and now is deemed unsafe for weather conditions like rain and snow. When the sales rep finally got back to us he told us that accessories are not their problem and that they can do nothing for us. I did not ask for a new set of tires, I asked for a realignment seeing as this should have never happened after using this truck for so little of a time and all the while not hitting "crater-like potholes" like they accused us of. When I called the dealership to again confirm if they could do anything for us after dragging out the confirmation for so long, the Sales Manager informed me that it would be $200 for a realignment. This is more than double what other places will charge. I figured that a $60,000 sale meant more to them than just the bottom line, and their paychecks at the end of the day. They could have created a life time customer and instead turned it into a nightmare of a business for my husband and I. Guaranteed we, nor any of our family will ever consider a place like this again. I work in customer service, and every interaction counts towards the success of the business. You never know how much a customer is willing to spend at your business until you either help them out with a problem you created, or turn them away and watch them spend it somewhere else.
Dan in Service was great helping figure out the issues with my vehicle. Kept me well informed while they had my vehicle for a couple days. Didnt have an issue with me getting a courtesy vehicle. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and pleasant. I would definitely go back there.
Jacob was able to get me out of my truck that had an incredibly high interest rate and into a practical SUV with prime interest, something that would have been a lot of work for any salesman. He was so upbeat and enthusiastic the entire time, it made my experience so easy and pleasant. He was able to meet all of my high expectations, and had me in the vehicle of my dreams in only a few days. I can't thank Jacob enough for getting me out of my old vehicle and into my new Tucson.
