I went in August 21st and found a vehicle I was wanting to purchase, I talked to Jim about trading in my Jeep and said I could bring it in on Saturday to get it appraised and finish up the deal. He was very nice and said that he might not be in Saturday but someone else could help so I put a $500 deposit down. When I arrived Saturday with my jeep and all the parts for it (this took two vehicles to bring) nobody seemed to know I was coming. I sat with my mom and waited around 20 minutes while they sorted everything out. They took my keys and went out to my Jeep without asking any questions which was odd as I had lots of extra parts to include and all my paperwork of services. Brian took us in his office and was very rude from the start and seemed unwilling to listen to anything I had to say about my Jeep. He closed my file as soon as I didnt agree to their offer and was unwilling to negotiate. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I left with my $500 and will be shopping elsewhere.
