Dan the sales person and Doug the manager, and Mel in accounts were amazing. They set me up quick no b.s like a regular dealership (ford,dodge) no pressure sales is how you get a repeat customer and I will be back. Great service guys
I had a great experience Nick and the rest of the others there were awesome. No pressure and he wasnt condescending like someone we encountered at the car lot next door to them. I will be recommending them to my friends and family for their future purchases!
The manager Doug was nice at first but after the sale was ignorant and completely lacked any form of positive people skills. Sending a truck home with a woman which had zero tread and couldn't even pass an inspection. Then telling her they will fix the problem and take the truck in having it sent back a day late with new tires which consisted of 50% tread this time. Doug is truly the most unprofessional, disrespectful manager i have ever come across. People go somewhere else for your vehicle.
I would like to share the Best experience in trading in my little 2014 KIA Forte. I had many problems with this small car, although it ran well it wasn't for us (too small) until.....we met Nick and his great team from McEwan Motors. We had no hassles, no run around and no waiting. The team was honest and truthful we were treated respectfully. To the Staff at McEwan Motors thumbs up excellent customer service.
