Got a nice newer trailer through this business with great trade-in value on our older holiday trailer!! everyone there was friendly and helpful. Tammy was a great help in helping us find a smaller and more fitting trailer!!

Can't even begin to describe my disappointment in this company. They changed managers, fired everyone and did an overhaul only to end up in the same boat or worse than before. These people at this dealership should not be trusted. You should not buy anything from their showroom, as it's always broken and their parts department charging twice the amount on products. Edmonton has much better dealers. Do not use this one.
No nonsense staff. Eager to please, friendly, knowledgable. Parts section not that large but hitting 3 for 3 on things that I needed. Do yourself a favor and try them out. The staff that I have encountered so far even have a great sense of humor. Whats with that?
this dealership has to be the worst place i have ever purchased anything from!from day one nothing but problems ontop of problems,waiting for parts that were never even ordered,excuses ontop of excuses,nothing fixed properly!financing couldnt wait long enough to sign the papers.now ontop of all of this its the 3rd time there telling me that none of the people that were helping me no longer work there from service manager,sales,and anyone that has worked on our rv!have no records of even doin any warranty on it even know its been there 10 times in the last 2 years! NEVER HAVE I SEEN SUCH A ;POORLY RAN COMPANY!THIS REVIEW ONLY GOT ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WOULDNT LET ME GO ANY LOWER
