Jordan from financing is very helpful as well. He put together a 5 years extended maintenance package that is so good for me to refuse.I am really happy with the purchase. Purchasing a vehicle from L.A. Nissan was a very enjoyable experience. Jesse, my sales person, was always available to me. He kept me well informed by email or phone calls, was able to answer all my questions and did a great job of reviewing all the functions in the vehicle with me. Everyone I dealt with - Jesse, Jordan, Andrew and a couple of others whose names I don't have were more than helpful. Even the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I had previously brought another vehicle in for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised with the service they provided. I have never had my vehicle washed and a check done with an oil change before. I found the service exceptional.

The service department at this dealership is exceptional. The service rep (Cindy) and mechanic (Matt) were energetic and professional with excellent communication skills. They were clear and concise in explaining the repairs my SUV required and even took me into the shop to show me. Everyone went above and beyond making this a great experience.
