Just picked up our new (new to us) Mazda CX-5. Delighted with the car. Our contact at the dealership was Riley. My 5 stars is based in part on the dealership, but mostly because of Riley. Genuinely nice guy, took the time to answer all our questions, spent time going over the car with us and was in all honesty the nicest person Ive ever dealt with in a car dealership. Personal touches like remembering my young sons name, smiling and having a sense of humour made our day. I have no hesitation in recommending Riley to anyone asking who to speak with about their next vehicle.

I needed a car and dealt with BEN! I can not express enough how above and beyond he goes for you to make your experience of buying a vehicle a great one. I would highly recommend to deal with Ben to ANYONE! He is very patient takes time out to know what you are looking for. Works perfectly with your budget and not only gives one but multiple options to chose from. Follow up phone calls to let you know what is going on. I have dealt with others here and it wasnt that friendly when Ben had a day off but when they gave Ben a message to call me he called right away even on his days off. I have dealt with other sales people and other dealerships before and have never had such a super experience than I did with Ben! He is the guy to work with! Thank you Ben for such a great experience and all the hard work of going above and beyond to make my experience so rewarding. You truly are AMAZING!!! When ever I called, reception was awesome and very friendly. If I ever need another vehicle I will NOT look any where else unless Ben leaves :) L.A. Mazda should be proud to have him aboard! I had the best experience with dealing with LA Mazda! When my car died I was absolutely dreading the idea of car shopping and having to deal with salesmen. Josh Gameguy, the used car salesman at la Mazda, completely changed my opinion of the whole experience. He went above and beyond to find the absolutely perfect car that I am excited to show off and cruise in. It fit my very specific needs and wants list perfectly! And this is all because Josh was willing to put in the extra time and effort. He will go above and beyond what you expect. I would highly recommend you go see Josh even if you are just looking!
I really appreciated how I was treated at this dealership. There was no high pressure and sleazy tactics used unlike other dealerships I visited when I was shopping around for a new car.Denny, the finance manager with Riley and Andrew, the sales rep and manager, treated me with respect and were terrific.I'll gladly go back there in the future.
