First and foremost I'd like to preface by saying that the efforts of the Go Auto team to rectify any and all issues that arose during my attempt to purchase the vehicle were very much appreciated. Although there was much initial issues trying to get ahold of anybody to complete my contracts and paperwork, I appreciate the fact that finance was willing to take my calls and respond to me on their days off.Although it was not a perfect experience, the combined efforts of the Go Auto team definitely redeemed themselves in my eyes, if you're local to the area, then this would be a good place to get a used vehicle if you're in need.
My husband,myself and my six year old son came to Go Auto last Friday to look at vehicles. As soon as we pulled up Courtney Roberts opened the door and greeted us. We came pretty late and the sun was already setting and I kept looking at vehicles and making him run back and forth for keys, he didnt complain once! We were there until 9pm and I was able to take my vehicle home to test drive it. I ended up loving it and getting it. Courtney was honestly the easiest salesman to deal with, he was so great with our son and wasnt pushy at all. It was such a great experience from test driving with Courtney to dealing Nick in finance. Huge thanks to Go Auto Leduc for making this experience enjoyable!

Was told over a month ago I was preapproved. Spent most of my one day off there, left with nothing. Three weeks later they finally contact me after no replies to texts etc. to say they cant do anything. They sure had no problem giving me a 100,000+km vehicle a year ago for me to find out it was a 5yr lease when it was dumped in my driveway. I work away from home so as if a lease works for me.I have secured a vehicle through another dealer in less than a day.I would recommend a bus pass before dealing with Go Auto Outlet
