I dealt with Zach; and despite his 'risky' last name, he left me feeling comfortable and talked to me like a person instead of a wallet. I was in-and-out of this dealership with a new truck in less than three hours. I will be bringing my new truck back here in 100,000km to see what else he has to offer. Highly recommended A++
Was looking around at a used F150 and had horrible service at other dealerships. Went into DK Ford and dealt with Mark Leason. Ive been in sales for over 20 years and for someone relatively new in sales Mark made our buying experience so much more enjoyable for my wife and I. He wasnt pushy and delivered on everything he said he would do. Hopefully hes around when we are buying another vehicle, cause I would go back just to deal with him. Shannon Vivian in finance was also very good to deal with. Answered all my questions and took his time explaining everything. The truck was detailed so well it looked like a new truck. Couldnt ask for a better buying experience. Five stars all around for everyone that I was helped by. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
We had been dealing with another Ford Dealership for over 25 years and by the way we were treated by DK Ford, we should have came here many years sooner. DK Ford were very polite and curtious with us while we purchased our escape with them. My purchase of a new F150 was an excellent experience. Sales person Kelly Smith has sold numerous vehicles to me, and again this purchase was a great experience. Kelly kept me informed as to when the truck was being built shipped and upon arrival. I had some extra work done on the truck which was immediately done. Best prices you can find and a great guy all around. He really isnt your typical salesman, never tries to pressure you and hes always very honest. Also more than willing to go the extra mile to make you happy. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kelton there as well, couldnt say enough good things about both Kevin and him. Service is top notch too. I had a few warranty issues with my truck, they had me booked to bring my truck in almost immediately and had a loaner vehicle ready to go before I even got there. With other dealerships Ive had to wait well over a week to get in and getting a loaner was usually always a hassle. Looking forward to doing more business with DK in the future!
