Early on we realized we did not have enough tables set up. The staff were very helpful and had the extra tables set up quickly. The room was set up ahead of time and the food was hot and tasted very nice.
Just like any other Hilton garden inn. Nothing particularly noteworthy or negative. They have a shuttle bus that can pick you up from the airport if you call them to request it.Edit: Subsequent visits have raised issues such as possibly not getting the room type you booked despite paying the high rate to get that room. Or randomly getting a call at 4am about checking out.
I've stayed in this hotel twice now, and absolutely love it. The rooms are nice and clean. You can go to the hot tub at any time of the night. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Leduc. I will definitely be going back!
Great price, good location for our event we had in Leduc. Very clean and tidy. Have stayed here in August the last 2 years now, will stay here again!

Add to that, when we were finally dropped off at our airline gate to check in, we were told we were too late and would be missing our flight. Next flight out 1am. So my husband and 2 kids are left to wander the arrivals side of the airport for the next 19 hours. Hotel manager has not returned my call since early this morning, his solution was to offer us 1000 points on our Honours card and free parking while we are away for 9 days. I asked him if any offer to help cover meals was a possibility, manager told me he would get back to me. I havent heard from.him since 9am. No meals supplemented for this inconvenience and driver offered no apologies or help to off load luggage when arriving at gate. Completely dissatisfied with the level of cu stomer service for such HUGE inconvenince their shuttle drivier has caused. This level of service is highly unacceptable, from thispoint foward I will no longer be supporting this hotel.
