A very nice hotel located near the Edmonton International Airport. The room was a nice size, was nicely furnished, had a really nice washroom, and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was also among the best I have ever come across. I will definitely be coming back here again.
WOW!!! I am absolutely blown away by Aeji. Way back in January, I was looking for a room for our wedding guests and ourselves. She showed me a few rooms, and literally got back to me within the same day when I had any questions. Better then some of our wedding vendors.On our wedding day, she and the staff helped us will ALL of our needs. I cant thank her enough for making our experience stress free.
Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are Immaculate and beds are very comfortable. There's a Tim Hortons and Subway close by if you want a snack in the evening. The breakfast was varied and good. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.
The rooms were immaculately clean and the free breakfast was half decent, except for the cheap, tasteless coffee. The beds were not the most comfortable, but I've slept in a lot worse at other hotels. The most frustrating thing about the stay was the room's temperature control didn't work well. The auto fan control mode didn't work at all, which forced us to run the noisy fan continuously in manual mode to keep the room warm at night.
I love this hotel. Stay here all the time. The only thing that is negative is the music in the breakfast/lounge area. Its instrumental which is fine, but the same song over and over. Al day and all night. I would suggest they get Sirius and switch it up a bit. But good hotel all in all.
