The hotel was really nice and modern. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Reasonably priced with a complimentary breakfast. Coffee was really good.
We always enjoy staying at this hotel. It is newly renovated and the rooms are very nice. The bed is extremely comfortable. It is also located in a central location with proximity to shopping, the airport and all amenities. The price is excellent for a king room.
We stayed here for two nights. Our room was spacious and I was impressed with the amenities (Keurig, microwave, fridge, breakfast in the restaurant). The beds were really comfortable as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that there weren't too many places to charge our phones by the bedside.
I was extremely satisfied with the the jacuzzi fireplace room. It was very clean. It had a very comfortable bed and I was very happy they provided bath mat towels as well as providing enough bath towels and hand towels. It would have been nice to have a tub where the controls were on the tub. It would have been great, for the price, if room service had been included for breakfast or that the voucher for breakfast was at least until noon. The shower was fantastic! It was great there was a restaurant and pub/lounge within the building. It was walking distance to other amenities. Overall it was great. I would definitely stay again.
I am a travel agent from Iceland and have been using this hotel for several years. It is ideal for groups arriving by plane to Edmonton, so close to the airport. Rooms, lobby, restaurant and lounge work perfectly for 1-3 night stay. Personnel all professional, eager and able to assist guests in every possible manner
