They plainly explain what's wrong, find the best prices, give you your old parts (and show you exactly what broke or wore out), and give you the box and paperwork from the new part, so no more wondering if a part was fixed at all (or if it really needed to be fixed), like at so many other repair shops. They go way out of their way to give fabulous customer service, know pretty much anything and everything about every vehicle, and (in the case of a minivan that's over 20 years old), they're miracle workers! They're a great team, and they consistently give great customer service.
Took my car in for a slave cylinder replacement and was treated so well. I advise everyone to go to this shop. I will be back for sure. I have alot of work to be done on my car and what I cant do myself I will take to them. Great work guys!
