From start to finish this location went above and beyond. When the estimate the provided turned out to be more than what work was required they even set a revised estimate to my insurance company with the lower costs. Lisa, Elyce and the original tech that inspected the vehicle when I brought were courteous, professional and had great attention to every detail. They deserve to be rewarded in some way for their efforts. I have told a few people about this location in particular. My vehicle looks amazing...thank you!
Herbers in Leduc was great! We recently took our truck there to be repaired and had such a great experience from beginning to end! I brought my baby with me and they helped keep him happy while I moved over everything in to the rental. The staff was so friendly! They kept us up to date during the entire repair process and had it fixed before the expected date! When I picked up my vehicle I had a question about part of the repair and they brought me in and showed me what I needed and put my mind at ease! Walked in with no appointment and within 15 minutes I had a full written estimate looking at two possible options with price comparison. I had been to two other local places and Herberts cost was very competitive. The work was done in the time given and they took the time to inspect it with me and explain what was done.
