Craig and Shaq fit me in pretty quickly on last minute notice from getting a rock chip. There staff took lots of respect in fixing the rock chip and cleaning up after it. ( I have had bad experiences in past at other rock chip repair places leaving a mess behind). I Really appreciate getting me in and back on the road quick. Will be returning in the future for any other glass work on my ride! Thanks boys and keep up the awesome work.
My experience at Auto Glass Solutions was truly fantastic, the Staff were courteous and efficient in replacing the front and the back windshields. The price was a lot lower that an other competitor. I would recommend Auto Glass Solutions to anyone who need their services. You can expect an honest service and lower price without sacrificing quality !
I am a pretty patient person but management is not the best. They don't review there work. If you use them prepare to bring your vehicle in more then once. Tried calling them, left voicemails and they will not return my call to fix what the installer did poorly the second time I brought it in becaibe they know they messed up. The seal around my side window is damaged/cribkled thanks to them and my window is forced against the seal which slows it right down going up and obviously does not seal. . They even told me they would clean up the shattered glass the the door the first time... That never happened as I can hear glass drop in my door still when I close it. I will never be going back here. Stay away
The owner is completely and utterly arrogant. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dont waste your money here
