Stellar studio, the instructors are great! If you get a chance to stop in and try it, you wont regret it! The owner Sandra is amazing, not only is she a yoga instructor but also a personal trainer and will work you hard but worth every minute! Lots of variety if you don't want just hot yoga too! So glad to have this option close to home!
I have been coming to Aurora for three months now and it is hands down the best place for Yoga and Boot-camps. I have never been to a place before where fitness is joined with relaxation to find health inside and out. I love how they have a mixture of classes from Sandra's boot-camps which push you athletically to build strength, to Jamie's yoga classes which take you through each pose / flow to challenge yourself or to find relaxation. Thank-you for making my introduction to yoga so absolutely wonderful!

Hot in leduc is definitely the hot spot to be whether your taking a hot yoga, tabatta, zumba or kick boxing class, just to name a few.Don't be fooled by Squeak the instructor as she is really a drill sergeant; in a good laughing kind of way, but also known to others as Sandra. As an instructor she is very demanding and pushes you beyond what you think your limit would be, however, she does this by being encouraging and remaining positive all while having fun. The front end staff are very helpful and will assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about any of the programs. My time spent at Hot in Leduc is worth every aching muscle, love the people!
