I am a member at another 9 round. I love my 9 round work outs! Went to this location today as I was in Leduc waiting for a while and thought I'd check them out and squeeze in a workout while I waited. They were really welcoming and worked me hard! I learnt a couple new skills and I am pretty sure walking is going to be an issue tomorrow! (That's not a bad thing, hahahaha!) Total double thumbs up to the upbeat vibe and push the trainers gave me to get the most out of the session! Thanks a million!
I cannot say enough positive things about this place! I usually dont commit to these kind of programs because I get bored or just dont feel like going back again, but I have never felt that way about this place. The atmosphere is amazing and the trainers are brilliant!
Great workout super friendly staff. They work with you if you have medical issues so you can still get a great workout and despite the fact I haven't been going a lot I see results.
I love on how we have trainers helping us the entire time, they always encourage us to push harder and to not give up which is an amazing feeling to know someone is there for you. I always love how even after I'm done the session I want to do it again and show to my family and friends what we got to do that day!
What an amazingly motivating atmosphere. I've been to other 9Round locations, and this one truly has something different about it. The owner Sam really knows what he is doing. The trainers are wonderful, and know how to push you to achieve your goals without being intimidating. Would 10/10 recommend.
