Literally has the name walk in clinic. Drive 20 mins with my sick one year old. Just to be told there appointments only!
The ladies working there are super friendly and quick. The doctor takes his time with you and makes you feel like he truly cares.
Very clean office which is something I look for, plus the staff is very friendly! The waiting room also has a mini fridge with cold water & juice boxes for kids, which is a nice personal touch.
Great front staff but every time Ive been here in the past 3 years Ive waited over an hour. I show up early for my appointments and sometimes dont even get into my room for an hour!!! My family and I will not be attending this clinic anymore. Its very difficult waiting over an hour with a toddler.
This clinic is ridiculous. I've been here twice and both times I had an appointment, and both times I had to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment to see a doctor. I've heard stories of people seeing a doctor ASAP. Why haven't I had that? Why do I have to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment only to hear unhelpful things from the doctor? Why do walk -ins get in before an appointment? I will not be returning to this clinic. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
