Nina from the bell store couldn't get the contacts off my phone so she convinced me to try using my google profile to transfer everything to my new phone. I told her that I work out of town and that if something went wrong I wouldn't be able to come back for a few weeks. She assured me it wouldn't be a problem. After leaving the store I discovered that only a few of my contacts had transferred to my new phone. Nina texted me a week later saying that my old phone will depreciate too much in the next two weeks so they would be sending it away regardless. I lost all my pictures and contacts because she lied to me and then sent my phone away. I'll never go to this place again
On Tuesday June 26 i went to this bell store and i ask a simple question about a text message that i got from bell and i asked if i m eligible for note 8 at 0$ with 2 years contract, she call the bell agent and than she told me if you want note 8 you will pay around $ 900 than i said no thank you i left, than she called me she said the agent changed your plan for $85 sorry for this please call royalty department they will give back your old plan since than till now i keep calling royalty dep and wasting hours and hours on the phone still no one help from BELL The worst experience ever how can a company like BELL change my contract or plan without my consent
Came to the store with my old phone. They hooked me up with a sick plan and a brand new S9. Gave me great value for my old S6 as trade in. I was very happy walking out of the store.
