Love the space! Steph is a wonderful massage therapist, she really knows her stuff. However: don't book online! I came back from holiday a day early for a massage with Steph, only to be told that I did not have an appointment. The girl asked if I booked on line, yes I did, "it didn't go through". Thanks for nothing! Not sure if I'll try again.
Elements day spa is one of my favourite places in Alberta! The spa is beautiful, relaxing and has amazing energy! I have had the pleasure of working with Gina on multiple occasions. Her Reiki sessions are phenomenal. Its hard for me to put into words what these sessions do for me, so what I will say is if you are considering a session - book today! You will not be disappointed. All the other staff are fabulous at their craft. From pedis to facials - you will love any service at this spa!
Elements Day Spa is the only call I make to book my services. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I have been to the spa for massages, pedicures, nails, reiki, readings and facials. Ive attended private events as well and have never been disappointed. The services are always on point and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit, as always.
Gina and the staff at Elements are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend any of their services, you wont be disappointed. Gina is an extremely talented individual who offers a unique reiki and spiritual healing experience that will leave you empowered and excited to tackle life's challenges and obstacles with a renewed sense of confidence. Personally, she has been someone who I can trust to tell me hard truths, remind me of my personal power, and inspire me to get real with my feelings. Plus she can hook you up with a killer set of nails!
I have been going to Elements for years and if you want to get pampered, this is the place to go to. The staff is amazing and they truly want to make sure you are happy with every service.
