Matt and Dean have been great guys to deal with. I am a first time, late blooming snowboarder and they've been able to assist me in the process of getting fit boots, snow pants and Bern helmet. Will be coming back for sure!

My daughter bought some items here which were supposed to be on sale according to the store associate but they forgot to take off the discount.She mentioned it to the individual who confirmed that the items were indeed on sale but he could not refund the price to her debt card and could not do anything about it. This is absolutely ridiculous - have to wonder if this was done on purpose. We have been to this store many times-they never ring anything through the till and half the time whoever is running the till needs to get the calculator to figure out how much change to give you if you are paying cash. Don't like the way this store is ran.
