Ray came and replaced my hot water tank on short notice . He came at the time he said he would and went about his business and finished up in a timely & professional manner. Would definitely recommend his company to anyone looking for a real pro.
Used Ray's Plumbing to complete some work as requested by a house inspector. Ray came out did exactly as the buyer's wanted and gave excellent service. Would recommend if you need a plumber.
Made appointment to get my new dishwasher installed. Terry did a fantastic job and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend this company. One thing I don't really like is the charge for mileage, as I believe traveling to customers is the cost of doing business. I was notified up front about it and I agreed, but I haven't seen that in other companies who do service work (not yet at least).
This is my first google review. I Just had to let people know how helpful Ray's Plumbing is: 1. This was the second time I used there services. My furnace blower failed in my last home in Leduc, Ab. Ray's team was on site asap and repaired my furnace that day with a new blower motor.2. Furnace stopped working on the weekend. I called Ray's plumbing, they even trouble shot the issues over the phone, if that worked it would have been no repair needed. Not many company's willing to help like that any more. 3. Ray showed up fast on the weekend to repair the furnace, it ended up needed a new board. He let me save money by picking up the part myself and I called to see what I would have paid for the part without Ray & he saved me over 100.00 on the part alone.
