Staff are fantastic and super nice. The salon itself is very nice. Got all my daughter's back to school cuts here and they all loved them.
I honestly never complain or write reviews but my experience was terrible. I went in for a basic color from blonde to black and I knew I was obviously going to have to have some of my hair cut off because there was quite a bit of damage. She told me she would cut about 1-2 inches off of my hair and proceeded to cut 3 plus inches off. She started to layer my hair, which I never asked for because I don't like my hair layered and completely butchered the front of it. I can't wear my hair down because the front is so short and blunt and falls in front of my face. She actually said "I couldn't blend it this time, when it grows back I will blend it when you come back."....which was so ridiculous to hear. I won't ever go back and can't even believe she charged me full price when it so clearly was not a good haircut. Super upsetting experience.
BEST hair salon. Love that they have Kevin Murphy hair products available too.
I had some time to kill between meetings today so decided to see if I could get in for a cut I rarely see anyone but my stylist of 25 years so this was a bit of an experiment. I was able to get in to see Natasha and she was lovely. I have very thick and somewhat difficult hair and she did a fabulous job. Salon is stylish and clean and staff and owner friendly. Definitely recommend!!
I've been going to this salon for years. My stylist - Gabby is wonderful and always sends me out the door with beautiful hair! I'm comfortable seeing any of the other stylist (should Gabby be booked when I need to come in) and each of them are talented and friendly! If you are looking for stylist who listen, provide a great service and of course the amazing Aveda or Kevin Murphy products - check this place out!
