Hands down the best dental office I have been to! Dr. Ahmad and his staff are amazing. Dr Ahmad is always super accommodating and got my fillings and all work done asap. By far the best and most reasonable prices I have ever seen, and for some procedures he charges as much as half as what other dentists charge. I had a chipped molar where he did a filling 6 months ago and he filled it back in at NO CHARGE! Super caring for his patients and will spend his own personal time making sure this is the case (if needed). The doctor and his staff are definitely out for your best interests and not just looking to make a quick buck off you! -CM
Almost 8 months after my dental appointment, I got a call from the office saying that I had an outstanding balance owing them of $800. They told me that my benefits weren't covering it. I sorted it out with my insurance and they are covering the percentage they pay. Which got my cost down to $400. That $400 is made up of cleaning appointments that I had already used for this time period. Hello Dental assured me that they had checked my dental coverage ahead of time and told me I would only owe 30% of the cost. They clearly did not check ahead of time and only assumed. They claim to take full responsibility for the miscommuncication, but did not offer me any refund. So now I have to pay this out of my own pocket. My family and I have switched dental offices since this and another similar incident have occurred here.
Staff are friendly but beware!!!They expect you to know all details on what your insurance covers and will not double check before going ahead with procedures. If your insurance company takes too long to get back to them they will give up trying. This leaves the bill back to you.
Everybody here is super friendly and welcoming! I no longer have a fear of the dentist! Thank you!
The staff are very friendly and meticulous, however I had a poor experience with billing and not having my insurance checked beforehand for my night-guard. Word to the wise: Make sure they pre-determine your coverage as now I am stuck with a $600 bill.
