I booked an eyebrow threading and informed the person who took my call that I just wanted a clean up around my brows. When I arrived at the appointment everyone was very friendly and I was guided into a room. When I laid down, I was not offered any questions (is this a clean up, are you getting them shaped, if so how would you like them done, etc.), So I assumed she knew they were just being cleaned up. After she finished, I looked in the mirror to see that a large portion of my eyebrow was missing, the threader thinned them by 1/2, and removed all the baby hairs at the beginning of my brow which I worked very hard to grow. My arch is completely changed and my eyebrows are now flat and uneven. I didn't realize how much was actually missing until I got into my vehicle and that's when I made a phone call. The customer service was great which is why I gave them stars. They offered me a free appointment next time, but I don't think I would go back because of this communication issue. I assumed the threader was relayed the information about a clean up from the earlier call, and the evidence of my already filled in brows and the loose hairs underneath that. I am very dissapointed and will now have to wait 8-16 weeks for my eyebrows to (hopefully) grow in to what they used to be.
